Concero Console is comprised of two parts: Console Client software used for making calls from one or more PCs (i.e. users), and a central Communications Manager which communicates with the phone system to manage calls. There is only one Communications Manager per phone system, typically maintained by the phone system administrator.

TalkSwitch Click-to-Dial software enables TalkSwitch users to make calls using their Microsoft Outlook Contacts list.
This software is compatible with TalkSwitch phone systems running TalkSwitch version 6.50 or higher software. A window will appear to collect essential information to enable Outlook to use the TalkSwitch phone system.
